Through the Collaborating Districts Initiative, CASEL has supported ten large urban school districts committed to implementing districtwide Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). From 2012 through 2015, a subset of those districts partnered with CASEL to investigate and develop strategies for financially sustaining districtwide SEL initiatives over multiple years. Click here to read a summary of the challenges and lessons learned by these districts.
This website contains many resources to help school districts to plan their SEL implementation with sustainability in mind.
